Under our buyer’s protection, we allow the returns for below reasons –
1) Wrong product delivered.
2) Damaged product Received
3) Product is dead on arrival
We Request our buyers to inspect the product immediately upon delivery for any damages and report/mention the same in delivery run sheet. Kindly call our customer helpline/send a feedback from the site and intimate the same. We offer reverse pickup for wrong products delivered. Reverse pickup charges are on seller if above mentioned reasons are met.
However you will have to initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the product as our logistic partners provide return pickups for shipments within 7 days from date of delivery. Since we are unable to reverse pick the items after 7 days due to logistic limitation, we won’t be able to issue replacement/refund to you. Replacement of a product will be at sellers discretion and stock availability.
Apparels Return Policy – Same return policy applies to Apparels, if there is a mismatch in ordered size, return is accepted, provided the product/apparel is returned unused. We do check thoroughly for any difference in actual product dispatched and buyer will be intimated if at all we see a difference in what was ordered. this is to make sure the customer is satisfied and to avoid un-necessary return process.
Please note that any return requests made after 7 days cannot be fulfilled. We reserve the right to reject return requests made after the said timeframe.
Kindly make sure the return reason is genuine, to rephrase – please do not raise a wrong return reason for the sake of returning a product.
Refund will be initiated once the return product ( with all accessories, if any) is delivered to our warehouse and preliminary checks are over. This is to ensure we have received the same product without any tampering, and any deviation will affect the refund.
Reverse Pickup Rules
Reverse pickup request will be generated once we have received accepted your return request. The pickup will be arranged next business day. But due to operational constraints, pickup partner might take up to 3 days to pickup the product. Request your patience till then.
Also request you to pack and keep the product ready to make the pickup easier. There is no need to put label on the packet as it will be taken care by our courier partner. But at times, if there is no pickup partner available at your address, we might request you to send it across to us, return shipping charges will be borne by the seller.
Kindly contact us before sending the product since we should be intimated before initiating a return for a proper refund to happen.
We expect you to have all the accessories along with the main product, and its box and tags, if any, and have it packed if possible to make the return pickup easier.

When will I get refund?
Refund will be initiated once the return is delivered to our warehouse and preliminary checks are over. For cash on delivery orders, we will contact you to get your bank details for payment. For prepaid orders, refund will be made through your original mode of payment.
It takes 7-10 business days for our payment portal to credit refund to your card account once the refund has been initiated, and for netbanking it may take 12-21 days depending on the bank.

Beauty & Personal care, innerwear including vests and boxers, socks, etc are non returnable products, unless it falls under the above mentioned conditions.
All products sold on goodstrolley.in in are genuine and sealed products, unless specifically mentioned. We do stringent checks to make sure products sold are genuine and hence procured from reputed distributors.
Items with Manufacturer warranty : Once the return period is over, customer to approach the respective manufacturer along with invoice ( pdf of the invoice can be re-issued if required)
Please note that Physical damage and normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
Items with Seller Warranty : Buyer to approach seller for any warranty claims
Open box products – For products with ‘Open box’ tag, buyer to contact respective manufacturer/service provider for warranty issues. all Open box products goes to stringent checks, these are NOT refurbished products .(Refurbished products are repaired by the manufacturer at their facility and put back to market for sale, with lesser warranty)
Used product may not carry any warranty and hence it would be a 7 days return policy, where a customer can return a product if the product has any issues. Refund will be done when the product is delivered back to the seller, and once the preliminary checks are over. If the return reason mentioned is not true, goodstrolley.in has the right to refund the amount holding the forward, reverse shipping and payment gateway charges (these charges are to be borne by the customer for wrong return reason provided ) . If the product delivered back to us is different/ tampered, goodstrolley.in reserves the right to hold the amount and the product will be sent back to the customer only upon payment of the reverse shipment fee + the second time dispatch fee.
Rejection during order delivery
We request you to place an order when it is absolutely necessary. You have the right to reject an order during delivery, but a refund will be initiated when we receive the product delivered back to us, intact. Please note, refund will be done to the source of payment used while placing the order and it could take the timeline mentioned above. Do bear in mind, in case of courier rejections, forward and reverse shipping charges plus 1.75 % of total payment amount (gateway charges) should be borne by the buyer. We have this policy in place so as to avoid un-necessary shipping charges and efforts made by sellers. Please note, this condition is applicable only when the order is shipped.
