We have COD facility available to select pincodes where our courier partners service. This was not available because of COD misuse by few customers.
Below are the TnC for Cash on Delivery
- COD is available for orders with value between 250 to 3000.
- Part Payment mandatory for COD
a) 80 Rs Payment to be done upright via Phonepe/Paytm/Googlepay, Rest amount to be paid during delivery.
b) Coupons are not applicable on Cash on Delivery Orders. If a promo coupon got applied, this amount will be applied to the COD payment ( Part payment amount will be reduced) - You are entitled to reject/cancel the order once the order is shipped
- If an order is rejected during delivery, part payment amount will not be refunded.
- If an order is delivered, and there is an issue with the delivered product, and falls under our return policy, we will be refunding full amount including the part payment charges to you. We would call you for the refund mode. We prefer paying via Googlepay/PayTm. Refund will be done only when the product is delivered back to us.
Reason for part payment –
Unlike other Marketing platform, we are not a foreign funded company. We have limited products with good discounts. You have the liberty to reject COD orders, but in the background, seller suffers the forward and reverse shipping charges.
For example – If the actual shipping charge of a 500 Gm product to Northern state is 60/- , courier aggregator charges another 60/- for a courier return ( an order rejected by customer) . Hence the seller suffers a loss of 120/- for nothing.
We have enabled this feature because of continuous demand of COD availability and may be there are customers who really need the product at their door step on COD.
