What do i do if the payment fails?

  • Kindly wait for 1 hour till the payment gateway confirms/cancels the transaction. If there is no update from payment gateway, kindly contact us along with the registered email id / phone number provided while placing the order, we will have the issue fixed for you.
  • Once Payment gateway rejects the payment ( in case of payment failure, and amount debited from your account) , kindly contact your respective bank to have this resolved.
