2. GST invoice will not be provided for goods sold on goodstrolley.in. We are purely B2C Platform
3. goodstrolley.in has the right to change the pricing of products as and when required. We do have a good pricing strategy to meet market standards, and pricing might be increased/decreased depending on the market availability, stock , etc.
4. Warranty – All products sold on Goodstrolley.in are genuine and sealed ( unless mentioned as openbox/used/refurbished) and hence will have manufacturer warranty. Warranty TnC is as per the manufacturer’s policy. Used Products will have only a weeks warranty (return period) where the buyer gets time to check the product for any issues.
5. Free Products and accessories doesn’t carry any warranty either from the seller nor the manufacturer.
6. It is customer’s duty to make sure the package received is not damaged/tampered , and such conditions should be clearly mentioned in the tripsheet/runsheet/ Courier’s mobile app when the delivery guy approaches you.
7. Once the product is shipped from warehouse, it is customer’s duty to accept the product during delivery.
8. Any cancellation of an order is to be intimated to goodstrolley.in before product fulfillment.
9. Shipment tracking might take upto 24 hours to get reflected in your account once the product is shipped. you may get an sms as well as an email once the product is shipped. For India Post, tracking will be manually updated in order history.
10. You release and indemnify Goodstrolley and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions of the Users of the Platform and specifically waive any claims that you may have in this behalf under any applicable law.
11. In constant efforts of product improvement, manufacturers change the product image/description/weight from time to time. This might result in having a different image on goodstrolley.in. Please note that goodstrolley.in will not interfere in any such issues where there is difference in product and site description, but we try to make sure the product catalog is updated as and when required
12. Freebies and offers cannot be encashed. Freebies will not be sent in the event a carrier doesnt approve carrying liquid freebies.
13. 100% Organic – We rely on multiple sellers and 100 Percent organic products (wherever mentioned) is primarily relied on the seller.
14. Goodstrolley.in reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and policies at any time. Please check these Terms and policies periodically for changes. 

Applicable Law

Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Bangalore.
